Today we'll travel to Piazza Armerina to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site the Roman Villa of Casale, a 4th century AD Roman plantation featuring a treasure of 4000 square meters, or 43,055 square feet, of mosaic scenes, including the renowned “Bikini Girls.”

This afternoon, you'll have time on your own for shopping in Caltagirone, a beautiful baroque town that is home to some of Sicily's most prolific ceramic artists.

This afternoon we'll visit an exquisite winery, where we'll learn about the wine making process and enjoy a dinner pairing.
