My own adventures have taken me to Costa Rica, where my family and I enjoyed a tour of a local coffee plantation and my children had the chance to help transfer seedlings. I have had the opportunity to drive along the coast of Ireland, and show my children the castles, gardens and ruins that can be found around every corner. I also take a yearly trip to Puerto Rico, where I was born and where many family and friends still live. My family and I enjoy driving around the island visiting historical sites and looking for small eateries and beautiful beaches.
