When Nancy and I travelled on vacations with our families when they were younger we tried to do everything and see everything. 

Two things always happened: 

1. We never saw everything or did everything, and 

2. We returned home exhausted, 

Now that we are empty nesters, we are passionate about relaxing, memorable vacations ... yes, even to theme parks like Walt Disney World or Disneyland. It can be done ... we do it all the time, typically several times a year. 

I'm an ex road warrior where for more than 20 years I would be on the road travelling from one client site to the next. I know what it takes to have a relaxing vacation. 

I've been travelling for work and for pleasure for over 45 years be it Florida vacations with my mom and dad, to travelling to Europe for pleasure and for business several times, travelling to Walt Disney World with my own family almost annually, and all over the United States and Canada. 

I'm just like you. I now go on many adults-only vacations each year with Nancy to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, on cruises as well as to Hawaii and Europe. Each vacation is exciting and memorable as those in the past yet we craft them so we come back home refreshed, excited to travel again.
