I started my career in the hospitality industry in 1993 as a Business Office Concierge at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. In this capacity, I assisted VIP clients with all aspects of their stay in Las Vegas. Claudia continued her passion for providing extraordinary customer service by joining Southwest Airlines in 1998 as an operations agent.
After working for Southwest Airlines for several years, I spent ten years in healthcare with a focus on Hospice Care. In 2014 I realized that my true passion was in providing extraordinary experiences, travel, and curating luxury travel. I once again rejoined the hospitality industry as a Hotel Concierge for the JW Marriott, Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, AZ.
My goal and focus has been to become the best in my craft, and in doing so, I have been intent on becoming a member of the most prestigious group of concierge in the world, Les Clefs d’Or. Les Clefs d’Or is an international concierge society and is most well known in the world of luxury hospitality.
The road to becoming a Les Clefs d’Or member is complex and lengthy, and in April of 2019, I was awarded the privilege of membership to Les Clefs d’Or, which is recognized by Forbes Travel in luxury and service. In order to become the best, I dedicated myself to the craft by joining the local association and becoming the President of the Valley of the Sun Concierge Network. After two years of service as a board member, I was awarded Up and Coming Concierge of the Year in 2015 and 2016 and Concierge of the Year in 2017, both awards given by WHERE Magazine.
I have worked with groups such as the Jackson Five, Mike Tyson, Prince of Brunei, Group Contact, and organizer for John legend in Salt Lake in 2019, Alex Lucian Campbell RTT Concierge ( Real-Time Travel Concierge). Clients who are in the top one percent of wealthiest Americans. I have worked at St. Regis in Park City, Utah, Sundance Film Events, Slate Canyon Hospitality Group to reorganize and create an approachable luxury boutique hotel out of the old historic Homestead Resort in Midway, Utah, and opened the Pendry Hotel in Park City as well as work with Dr. Bryan Williams, a leading hospitality expert in leadership excellence and development of executive leadership training.
Now with the growth of my business, I am privileged to join Coastline and work with an incredible team to elevate the luxury travel experience.
