The quotes below are non-discounted quotes, as no discounts are presently available for these dates of travel. Should a discount become available in the future, even after you've booked, that your reservation is eligible for, I will apply this automatically for you. Discounts are availability based and never guaranteed but I pride myself on getting the best value for each and every client. Booking early, ahead of yearly ticket and/or dining plan price increases, most often yields the best possible pricing.

Pricing is the same whether booking directly through Disney or through me. You can see inclusions of both our complimentary and paid service options in the attachment. If choosing paid services, the fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. 

Dining plans are not being offered at this time and are not included in your quotes.

Availability is limited and pricing is not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed.  I am happy to place any reservation on a complimentary 3-day hold. There is no obligation; if payment is not received within 3 days, the reservations will automatically cancel and return to inventory. I would need the names of all guests on the reservation and the corresponding genders and ages of the children to place a hold. Confirmation is then sent to you for review, along with payment instructions.

All quotes include the following for arrival on 1/11/22, staying 5 nights, and departure on 1/16/22. Quotes are for 2 adults and 3 children (10, 7, and 5 at the time of arrival), and include the following:

• Resort room rate, including taxes
• All ground transportation at Walt Disney World Resort including buses, monorail, boats, and Skyliner 
• 3-day base tickets (visit one of the 4 main parks each day - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom)
• Disney Genie (see additional info)
• Keepsake luggage tag (one per person)
• Magical extras and coupon book (see attachment)

Overnight self-parking is added to your guest folio at the time of your visit, cannot be paid in advance, and is NOT included in your quote; please see attachment for nightly rates at each resort category

Everyone in the room must have the same package and ticket options. Package and package components are nontransferable. Does not include activities/events separately priced. 

About Booking Your Vacation

1. Let me know which resort, room type, tickets, and extras you would like.
2. A $200 deposit secures your reservation with Disney.
3. Please let me know if you are electing complimentary or paid planning services. If the latter, submission of your planning fee is due alongside your deposit.
4. Your final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. You can make payments along the way in any increment of $20 or more.
5. Your deposits and payments are charged directly by the Walt Disney Travel Company. You submit payment through my secure booking form, and I then process the payment directly with Disney. Payment can be made by clicking here.
6. If you are submitting a planning service fee, this can be done by clicking here.
7. You do not need a confirmation number but please let me know in the comments section everyone's names.
8. After your deposit has been received and processed, you'll receive a detailed welcome email from me explaining how to set up a My Disney Experience account, important dates related to the planning process, and much more. You'll also be invited to my exclusive client group on Facebook and will receive password-protected access to helpful planning documents on my website.
