Deposits are fully refundable up to one hundred and twenty one (121) days BEFORE departure, less $200.00 administrative fee per person.

Cancellations from 90 days and up to 60 days BEFORE departure will receive a refund of 20% of the total amount.

Cancellations after 60 days before departure will not receive a refund.

Inclusions in price:

  • 8 Nights hotel/lodge accommodation as per itinerary based on double occupancy
  • All transfers and transportation is by private, air-conditioned coach with driver/guide (Any individuals travelling outside the group arrangement must organize own transportation)
  • Arrival Meet & Greet guide assistance, Departure guide assistance
  • Sightseeing and admissions as per the itinerary
  • Local taxes on accommodation and sightseeing tours, based on current rates
  • Meals as indicated on itinerary (B-full breakfast, L-Lunch, D-Dinner) 
  • Hotel porterage

Exclusions in price:

  • All airfares, departure taxes & fuel surcharges, seat selection (International airfare expected to be approximately $2,000.00)
  • Any future fuel surcharges on land arrangements or additional costs due to COVID rules
